Who we are
OmenLabz designs and builds websites, platforms, automation, mobile apps, 3D experiences and the infrastructure under them. For anything about your data, write to youssef@omenlabz.com.
OmenLabz is run by Youssef Abdelhedi, as an individual. It is not a registered company yet; when it is, its registered name and details will be added here.
What we keep, and why
When you send a signal (the form on the site): your name, the email or WhatsApp number you give, the kinds of project you pick, and your message. We use them only to answer you and to talk about your project. To keep spam out we also store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) and your browser's user-agent, and the form has an invisible field and a timer that filter out bots.
When you write to us directly by email, WhatsApp or Instagram: what you send there, used the same way. Those services handle it under their own terms.
When you visit: the site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or tracking scripts; its fonts are served from our own server. If we measure visits, it is with self-hosted, cookie-free analytics that counts how far people get through the site, without identifying anyone. Like any web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, page) for security.
Who sees it
We read and answer your message ourselves. It travels through the services we use to receive it: our email (Microsoft 365), a Telegram notification to our phone, and the server that hosts the site, where the form is stored. Nobody else gets it. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
How long
As long as we need it to answer you and to follow up on a project we discuss. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to youssef@omenlabz.com and we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
When what we do with your data changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top says when.
